First, I want to thank you for your interest in Hale Kū'ike. This project has been my dream for over ten years and it has turned out to be more beautiful than I ever imagined.
My personal goal and the goal of our company is to help change the way we care for those with dementia in Hawaii. A new approach is required to accomplish this goal. Please take a look at the website to learn about some of the factors that I think are important.
I believe that the most important factor to our success is developing a team of caring, creative and committed people. I invite you to complete an application if you share our vision of what is possible in caring for those who have dementia. Our wages and benefits are very competitive. Our staff to resident ratio is excellent. Our work environment is supportive, professional and rewarding.
